the australian business software industry association (absia) is a membership based organisation that represents the collective interests of software developers in australia. the ato has worked with absia and the industry on the co-design, communication, implementation and ongoing revision of the security standard for add-on marketplaces (ssam).
absia's membership includes many large and small dsps, add-on developers, software companies, financial institutions, individuals and organisations that advocate for the interests of software developers across the region and promote and encourage the digitisation of the australian economy.
Is an ABSIA Membership right for you?
all dsps and third party add-on developers are encouraged to join absia. as members, they will have the opportunity to participate in the ongoing co-design, communication and refinement of the ssam and other relevant standards and processes that directly impact software developers, their customers or their api ecosystems.
absia members can participate in forums, working groups, receive frequent updates about the standard and join a like-minded community of professionals who are passionate about building and supporting a digital ecosystem.
